When therapy can help…
Maybe you’re getting through the day, but everything feels heavier than it used to.
Anxiety sits in the background, or depression has flattened your energy and motivation.
In your relationship, conversations turn tense quickly, or you feel like you’re walking on eggshells.
Or life has shifted — a loss, a change, a new chapter — and you’re not sure who you are inside it yet.
What starts to shift with the right support.
You begin to heal and feel happier and more connected to your life.
Conversations stop spiraling and start feeling more intimate and productive.
Old patterns loosen their grip, and new choices feel possible.
Life doesn’t become perfect, but it starts to feel more workable and more yours.
My work is rooted in empathy and is evidence-based with deep respect for your lived experience.
Whether we are working on relationships, mood, trauma, or transition, the goal is movement, not stagnation.
You will leave sessions with insight, clarity, and tools you can actually use.

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I am trained in the Gottman Method and was supervised by Esther Perel for a year. My background includes hospital and clinic work and private practice. I believe we all suffer the human condition and that you do not have to be your own dentist. You do not have to navigate all of this alone.
I bring warmth, structure, and deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy.
